We offer professional hot dip galvanising services to protect steel structures and components against corrosion, wear, and environmental damage. This process forms a tough, metallurgically bonded zinc coating, providing exceptional resistance in harsh industrial and marine environments.
With our advanced galvanising partners and strict quality protocols, we ensure that every fabricated component receives uniform zinc coating, superior adhesion, and long-term surface protection. Our galvanising process complies with international standards such as ASTM A123 / A153, ISO 1461, and BS EN ISO 1461, guaranteeing reliability, safety, and extended product life.
Components are degreased, pickled, and fluxed to remove impurities and ensure proper zinc adhesion.
The cleaned steel is immersed in a bath of molten zinc at approximately 450°C, forming a metallurgical bond.
The coated steel is cooled, inspected, and finished to achieve a smooth, durable, and corrosion-resistant surface.
Coating thickness, adhesion, and finish are tested according to international specifications.

Every galvanised item undergoes thickness, continuity, and adhesion testing using calibrated instruments. The process follows ISO, ASTM, and BS EN standards to ensure uniform coating and long-term performance.
We also provide inspection certificates, traceability records, and coating test reports with each batch.
