The process begins with selecting high-grade mild steel plates, sheets, and sections based on project needs. Materials are verified for quality, thickness, and composition before fabrication begins.
Using automated plasma and shear cutting systems, we shape mild steel components to exact specifications. The material is then bent or rolled using hydraulic machines for consistent angles and profiles.
Our certified welders perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding to create durable, clean, and accurate joints. Each assembly is checked for alignment and strength during fabrication to ensure consistency and reliability.
To enhance durability and corrosion resistance, we apply surface treatments such as sandblasting, priming, and painting. These finishing processes extend the life of mild steel components, especially in outdoor and industrial environments.
